A medium communicates with loved ones in Spirit.
All mediums are psychic because mediumship relies on psychic ability. However, not every psychic is a medium.
As a psychic medium, your reading may include intuitive guidance about your own life, messages from loved ones in Spirit, or a beautiful combination of both.
I don't decide whether your reading will be psychic or mediumship.
Spirit does.
