To help make your arrival as relaxed as possible, payment is arranged in advance whenever possible.
A 50% deposit is required seven days before your event, with the remaining balance due on the day of your reading.
Approximately 48 hours before your reading, you'll receive an email containing everything you'll need for your visit, including:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice.
All appointments are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 72 hours' notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your reading for another available time.
This policy helps me honour the time I've reserved especially for you while also allowing other clients the opportunity to book.
